Healthcare Account Manager
JOB TITLE: Healthcare Sales Account Manager
LOCATION: Office based – Johnston, Pembrokeshire
We’re looking for the right person to join our rapidly growing business, selling therapeutic and diagnostic equipment to the healthcare industry across the UK and Ireland. We have an honest, non-pushy approach to sales and pride ourselves on building lasting, supportive relationships with our customers.
You’d be joining a close-knit team who work together to make sure that everyone is confident and equipped with all the information they need to successfully build their client base. Whilst working as part of a team, you will also have a large degree of autonomy to allow you to work without being micromanaged. With support from our existing account managers, there are quick results waiting for the right candidate!
Ideally you will have a proven background in sales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, who fits well into the existing team, who has strong communication and organisational skills. In this role you will seek out potential new customers, establish and maintain long term relationships, build the company’s presence in the market and bring sales opportunities through to completion. You’ll be able to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and account updates using CRM software.

- Office-based role with occasional travel to client meetings and industry events.
- Full time (Mon - Fri)
- Permanent role (3 month probation)
- Competitive base salary plus a generous uncapped commission scheme and annual bonus
